I really think a 3D accelerator chip would be a nice addition. The graphics would look much nicer and what the n-gage platform needs is some eye candy so everyone is convinced of what it can really do.
Haven't tried this particular demo, but I've played some similar ones and felt very stupid after. It comes without saying I inmediately decided not to buy the game, because I had felt mistreated by the developer.
What I would prefer, instead of that, is Gamespot and similar gaming websites covering n-gage games just as they do with PSP or NDS ones. I think it should be simple enough for Nokia to provide some websites with n95s so they can review the games, and information about new releases.
I am quite sure Nokia promised to fix that - it was a very unpopular move to lock the games, and Nokia could see that. I think they imagined they would have to remove this, but they tried, sometimes customers swallow this kind of things.
But, they could have played the game in a friend's phone (easy enough, just swap the sim card and you can exchange phones with a friend so you can play each other's games for some days).
There is a risk in allowing anyone to write a review but... opinions are opinions. The important point is anyone reading them shouldn't take them as the whole truth. That's a general advice for life XD
Completely agree with that. The N93 would be a particularly good gaming device when used in its 'screen tilted like that of a laptop' position, and the N73 is an extremely popular device that should add thousands of new users to n-gage.
Hey, don't vote for this, it is fixed already!

Yep, if you put it like that, maybe it would be better. I just thought about the simplicity of sending an email, but your idea is neater indeed.

Well, maybe another option would be, given all the n-gage users are required to enter an e-mail adress, just sending them emails about these upgrades.

I'm surprised you even have to say this. It should be obvious. I call this little attention to detail.

Good idea indeed - should make the whole n-gage platform much more attractive to people who don't know what it is all about.

It added my name to the idea when I created the account. It appeared as an anonymous before, hence my comment. Must sound weird now.
